In April 1999, while in a three-day fast and prayer, God’s servant received the marching order from the Lord saying:
”The time has come. Arise and raise up with Me a people of dominion — with a royal mindset, free from all oppression, walking in liberty and breaking through all challenges into victory. Teach and direct people to seek and follow My power and wisdom as I have earlier commanded...”
This is what we call the “Dominion Mandate” for our ministry!
We are called to our generation; to advance God’s Kingdom on earth, and see lives, cities, and nations transformed by the power and wisdom of Jesus Christ.
