The Beginning

Having received the signal of the call of God, Dr. Sidney decided to separate himself in fasting and prayers from 3rd to 8th of August 1995 to receive direction and clarity. During that time, in the presence of the Lord, he was led to read the Book of Exodus. It was during that time the Lord revealed to him saying: ”I have set you aside for my purpose for which I brought you to Ukraine. Now, I am sending you to Ukraine as a prophet to declare all that I shall teach and command you. You are not to debate doctrines but to reveal My power and wisdom through the preaching of My Word – the Word of grace. Many shall hear and enter into freedom – their wealthy place – and they shall fulfill their God given purpose and potential.”

After that encounter with the Lord, Dr. Sidney founded the first of its kind, a pioneering and para-church organization called the “World Revival Missions”. It was officially registered in 1996 and since has gone through few phases of evolving as led by the Lord. The ministry’s focus was “revival” in the then “young” existing evangelical Body of Christ with four main directions: “Revival summits” to ignite a thirst and fire the hearts of believers for God and His Kingdom, “Evangeli­stic crusades” to bring salvation to the heathen, “Breakthrough seminars” to train believers for victorious living, and the “Elijah School of Prayer and Ministry” to train and raise leaders as vessels of revival.

Since the onset of his ministry by the help of God, Dr. Sidney has preached and taught the Word of God in more than 20 cities of Ukraine, and beyond her borders; specifically in the countries of Russia, Moldova, Belarus and the UK.

Getting to the end of 1998, God’s Servant received in his heart a strong witness of the Spirit that a shift in phase of the ministry was approaching. So, as his practice is, Dr. Sidney went to be alone with the Lord from January 1–7, 1999. Following the pattern in Genesis 32:24–28 and Habakkuk 2:1–4, he fasted and prayed. During this sacred time, his goal was to seek God and receive answers to three main questions:
1. “What is God’s agenda for me and the Church (Body of Christ) in the days ahead?”
2. “What is the prophetic vision (focus) of the Church in these ‘last days’ and the coming twenty-first century?”
3. “What divine resources are available to the Church and how to access them in this new season?”

From the first to the fifth day, during that time with the Lord, God’s Servant was caught up into the spiritual realm. The Lord showed him a vision of a great, innumerable, and royal army advancing into a world covered in deep darkness.

This royal army of God (the believers) was the embodiment of light — indescribable and powerful. This army dressed in what Dr. Sidney understood and described as “REDEMPTIVE APPAREL”. By what he was made to understand in the realms of the spirit, the “redemptive apparel” serves as the source of power, might and wisdom of this end time royal army of believers. As observed in the vision, wherever this army went: • darkness fled, • people’s lives were completely transformed, • the transformed people eagerly joined the army, • and the size and number of the army continually increases.

Watching these scenes unfold, God’s servant, Dr. Sidney was overwhelmed by the magnificent presence of God and felt as though a divine power was surging through all his entire being. Then he cried out, saying: “Lord, who are they, and what does this mean?”

And the Lord answered: “These are the sons and daughters of God — a generation of believers empowered with divine authority to destroy the works of the devil. Heaven is releasing onto the earth a people, a new generation of believers that has never existed before. This is the beauty of Heaven manifested on earth. I am releasing saviors for the sake of My Kingdom and humanity. They are carriers of solutions and have authority to stop the influence of darkness on the earth. They will fulfill their divine purpose in every sphere of society. They will wipe away tears, set captives free, and bring liberty to humanity. These are the last days — the hour spoken of by My prophets. Multitudes will see this great light and be drawn to it. The Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to all nations, and they will see the Beloved Son of God.”

Then, a pause as if to allow the message sink in. After awhile, the Lord continued and said to His Servant: “I am sending you to announce and to bring to your generation what you have seen and heard. There is hope. Go, teach, and inspire My people to rise and confront the darkness on the earth. These are the days of the supernatural. There will be a great victory.”

Then the Lord warned: “Wait, until I show you the time.” (By the way, you are reading this now, because the time has come for the fulfillment.)

The book “Attention! Kings Are Coming” is a direct and concise fruit of this divine encounter published in July 1999. (Next edition, revised and expanded version is about to be published soon).

In July 1999, Dr. Sidney and his wife had the privilege of meeting his mentor, the late Dr. Myles Munroe, who laid hands to release him and his wife to the new phase of ministry. Dr. Myles also offered a wise counsel that continues to guide our ministry: “You are not called to be a ‘savior’ to everyone or to solve everyone’s problems. Simply do what the Lord has commanded you to do.”

Dr. Sidney noted that after his divine encounter with the Lord, though he published a book on it, he continued to seek understanding. And somehow, miraculously in the third quarter of 1999, a colleague in the ministry who after hearing him preached said, “My Brother, your message sounded like a man of God I know.” He then gave him a book “Emergence of the Glorious Church” by Dr. (Bishop) David Oyedepo. Till this time, Dr. Sidney had never heard about this “unique messenger of the Lord”. But the title of the book was enough to say, this is the understanding Dr. Sidney had been praying about since his encounter. At one sitting, Bro. Sidney did not only read the book but “ate” it. The “Introduction” in that book was like God speaking and interpreting from Heaven the vision of the “Royal Army” he had earlier seen. Since then, till now, Dr. Sidney reveres and holds in high esteem Bishop David Oyedepo as his mentor. He also emphasizes, “If you are humble, you will be mentored even if you have not seen or met your mentor in person.”
